Privacy policy

This policy explains what Abbey Stoneworks Inc. collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or a message, we receive the details you type into the form (such as your name, email address, phone number, city and project details) and any photos or drawings you attach. We also record the date and time, your IP address and browser type, which helps us block spam. With the form we also receive the first page you visited on this site and the website that linked you here (for example a search engine), so we know which pages are useful. Your browser keeps that note for 30 days and only sends it if you submit a form.

This site does not use advertising trackers or sell information to anyone. It uses one session cookie that is needed for the forms to work securely.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a quote for your project.
• To keep a record of your project while we work on it.
• After an installation, to send at most two short emails asking how it went and inviting a review.
• To keep the site secure and filter spam.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share your information except with people helping us deliver your project, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept as business records for as long as they are useful for your project and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
