Okemos sits in Meridian Township on the east side of the Lansing area, about eleven miles from our shop on Sloan Hwy. If you are remodeling, a new countertop is often what ties new cabinets and a larger island together.
An island is where the stone choice shows most. A long island usually needs a seam or a full slab, so we look at slab sizes with you early and plan where any seam will fall before anything is cut. If you want an overhang for seating, we plan the support for it at the same time.
Granite brings natural movement and color that suits wood cabinets and warm kitchens. Quartz gives a more even look and never needs sealing. Limestone is a good fit for a fireplace surround if the kitchen project grows into the living room.
If you are working with a remodeler or cabinet company, give us their name. We coordinate templating with them so the counters go in as soon as the cabinets are set, and you are not waiting on two schedules.
From our Lansing shop to your Okemos home
Every countertop we install in Okemos is templated in your space, cut and polished in our shop on Sloan Hwy, and set by our own crew. Compare granite, quartz and limestone, or read our stone guide.
